HOUSTON —The Coast Guard has located the two adults and one child who were reported overdue near Crystal Beach, Texas, Sunday.
Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston watchstanders received a notification from family members that Ray and Tiffany Delacruz and a three-year-old child were overdue after launching for a 20-minute excursion on their Kawasaki 900 Jet Ski.
An Air Station Houston MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew located the three overdue Jet Skiers stranded in East Galveston Bay after running out of gas.
The MH-65 aircrew vectored in a Port Bolivar Fire Department boat crew due to the shallow depth of water.
The three individuals did not request medical assistance and were transported back toStingaree Restaurant & Marina in Crystal Beach, Texas.
