Coast Guard searches aircraft crash site near Anahuac, Texas

HOUSTON​ — The Coast Guard is searching for three crewmembers of a plane that crashed in a marsh near Anahuac, Texas, Saturday afternoon.

Sector Houston-Galveston watchstanders received​ a call from the Federal Aviation Administration reporting that an Atlas Air Boeing 767 cargo plane with three crewmembers aboard had crashed.

An Air Station Houston MH-65 Dolphin aircrew was launched along with two Station Houston Response Boat-Medium boat crews to search the crash site.
