Frédéric Henrion appointed Safran Helicopter Engines Executive Vice-President, Human Resources

Frédéric Henrion started his career in 1987 with Hoechst as HR assistant. In 1988, he joined Lyonnaise des eaux (today part of the Suez group) as an HR representative. Within the company he fulfilled roles such as HR Manager (1991) and Careers Director (1995), before moving to United Water’s North American subsidiary as HR Director (Centers of Excellence & Staffing – 2000), and Director of Labor Relations (2003).  In 2005, he was appointed Director of Human Resources of Ondeo Industrial Solutions (a subsidiary of Suez), before rejoining Lyonnaise des eaux as Vice President HR and CSR (2008). Since 2015, Frédéric has served as Senior VP Human Resources Development of the Suez group.

Frédéric (53), is a graduate of the University of Nancy II (Master’s Degree in Social Law – 1986) and the University of Paris II /CIFFOP (Master’s Degree in Social Law & HR Management – 1987.

Didier Nicoud appointed Safran Helicopter Engines Executive Vice-President, Engineering

Safran Helicopter Engines has appointed Didier Nicoud as Executive Vice-President, Engineering. Didier succeeds Eric Massé who has been appointed to another position within the Group.  

Didier Nicoud joined Safran Aircraft Engines in 1987 as an aerodynamics engineer in charge of numerical methods development. In 1992, he fulfilled roles such as Head of the aerodynamics department for high pressure compressors and Head of the fan and booster design department. In 2005, he was appointed Chief Engineer in charge of large engines, the GE90 and GP7200, in cooperation with General Electric.  

In 2008, Didier joined Safran Helicopter Engines as Deputy VP Engineering with responsibility for systems engineering. He was principally in charge of engine development and certification, as well as technical support for in-service engines. Since 2013, he has served as VP Engineering of Safran Nacelles.  

Dider Nicoud (55) is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique (ISAE-ENSMA, 1986).
